(A) If the veterinarian determines that the animal's health does not make it suitable for adoption, you may return the animal to BJC for exchange or for a refund of the adoption fee.
(B) You must provide documentation from the attending veterinarian as to why the animal is not suitable for adoption.
(C) BJC is not responsible for any veterinary costs which you incur as a part of this adoption process.
(D) The adopter understands that
BJC does not guarantee the age, sex, health or temperament of animals
adopted through this program.
